I got a video and want to do some at home, and I need to get a mat. Anyone have a good mat to recommend? I've started looking and there are so many kinds at different prices and I have no idea what I really need.

Thanks for any suggestions!

I just got the Gaiam Yoga Mat at Dick's Sports for about $20. I started Pilates and yoga this month as part of my off season training. I also got a yoga strap to help me get into some of the poses. It has a buckle that is also good to keep your mat rolled up.
