technically yes it is. Malted Barley, fermented. They add hops it fits the definition. But personally I would rather drink a Schlitz than a bud anyday.

A friend of mine sent pictures from her visit to a friend in Virginia. In one of them, a group photo, you can see all the way on the corner of the coffee table... a Pabst Blue Ribbon.
