...is an excellent website if you're into weightlifting (I have no vested interest in the website, but I rely on it for both diet and training programs). I've lost 24.5 lbs in 2 months following it's guidelines. I recommend it whole-heartedly!

That is a pretty good workout. I'm debating moving to a split workout myself. I may jump into that workout in month 3 (or so).
