You honestly believe that will change anything? I am by no means a Sherman fan, but there is NO ONE available right now that could do any better with what he's been dealt this year. But, I guess he's as good a scapegoat as any.

Favre hasn't been as good with Sherman as coach as with Holmgren. Holmgren would read him the riot act if need be; I don't think Sherman does. He hasn't been able to take a team with some high-caliber talent and light a fire under them come playoff time.
Can they sit around and wait for someone? Better the devil you know than the devil you don't?
