Always 20%. My hair is fairly low maintenance to cut, and I don't color, so it's pretty basic. If my stylist came up with some radical new hairstyle that just looked awesome, I'd certainly give her more.

I miss my guy in Ohio. A bottle of wine or a 6 pack of nice beer, plus I got great conversation.I also gave him nice Christmas and birthday presents.
