Swam 1900 yards this morning.

We are making up for our drought here in November. Now with all the rain and leaf mold my allergies are killing me. My head has felt like it is going to explode. Very tired on today's swim.

Boy call me a slacker, I have had the hardest time trying to get back into my routine, I guess I may just be frustrated cause I am no where near where I was in the early summer. Sad I am hoping S.A.F.T.C. will help and by years end I will be back to a solid routine again.

Anyhow 2 miles at lunch, exploring some new routes since my company moved this week. 37f 27f wind chill.

4 miles with sleeping Juliet in jogging stroller. So cute! And, ack, I feel just the 2 miles from yesterday's stroller run in my arms. 35 degrees and windy.

1/2 hour toning and stretching. Stretching felt really nice and I'm starting to regain some of that flexibility I used to have. Very Happy Thinking about adding free weights to the toning routine.

4 ez miles on River Road. VERY sore from plyometric drills yesterday, but sore in a way that dosen't make running feel too bad. Drills hit all the muscles that assist in running, but not major muscle groups. It's kind of funny what aches...arches in my feet, front of my ankles, very tops of my gluts, top-insides of my thighs, and my lower abs down to where they connect with the tops of my quads.
