Oh yeah...I meant, that other, foreign Dark Continent.
But the most recent e-mail was from Burkina Faso (or Upper Volta on the old maps....no Central Volta? Lower Volta? Danger: High Volta?) and when your capital's name is Ouagadougou, you just know the rest of the world smiles when they say it.
