The linear park that runs past my house is swarming with police and the police 'copter keeps running screens up and down the creek. A woman was attacked in the park a couple of weeks ago so maybe it has happened again. I don't see anything on local news yet though.
*Update* An armed shoplifting suspect left the mall a couple of clicks up the trail and ran into a field close to the greenway. Apparently the Mounties are having trouble getting their man to stay in one place long enough to arrest him.

Oh, the Mounties around here are quite  . Firemen too. Sometime in the last five years apparently a city bylaw was passed that any man wearing a uniform had to be under 45 and HOT!!!
Or maybe that was just the sound of me hitting my sexual prime.....
