No "None of the Above"?

Out of that bunch I would pick Powell. (even though it seems that the Powell in charge of the FCC doesn't have his head on correctly)
I would think that Colin Powell would be my only choice out of your list.

I don't think you can have a "none of the above" with that list. Unless I'm completely off here, that's the order of succession for the Presidency.

Although not on the succession list, My first choice would be Condelezza Rice.
