Or....and i know this is an alien idea, women can just not wear makeup (or as little as possible)....i think women look a whole lot better natural than just caking some on with unnatural colors. Eesh.

not alien in this house. John loves it when I don't slather my face with all that goop. I don't use foundation anymore, powder only when we're going out, and my daily regimen takes all of 3 minutes: a little eyeliner, tasteful; black mascara; lipgloss; hint of blush. Voila, and it works. I just enhance ever-so-slightly what I already have. But then not everyone has blue eyes and nice cheek bones. (it's all genetics...I'm lucky to come from a good lookin' set of parents.)

I wear no make up. My hair is ultra short. I wear no perfume, other than a little deoderant and whatever scent the soap left behind.
Other than a deforestation process every once in a while, I am probably one of the lowest maintenance chicks you will ever meet.
...and Ranger likes me this way.

alright, ill admit it...im a girly girl and i love makeup. (you should see the stash i got..) i personally think that im much more attractive with makeup on. i dont overdo it unless its on purpose and as much as i hate it, i can make do with out it when im doing field work/other outdoorsy activities...
anyway, lately ive been wearing that almay "eye brightning" mascara in a plum-y/black color. and i love it! apparently i already have great lashes (at least that what everyone else says...) and i use that to accentuate them so i get compliments all the time...
i think that colored mascaras are cool, worn in the appropriate settings... i will only wear my obviously pruple mascara when we go to "parties" (as in late night, loud techno, dance parties) and we really dont even go all that often anymore...

That's what tattoos are for. |
Girls who want to be different don't get tattoos around here. |
They get body piercings-now that's even worse!

girlie girl here, too, at least when it comes to my appearance. I love makeup, nail polish, perfume, jewelry, long shiny hair, and (now that I can get away with it) form-fitting clothes. You will NEVAH see me without lipstick or lipbalm on. EVAH.
But I left my non-black mascara days behind in the 80s.
