It seems that everything we do has the potential to cause pain..
Is there anything that dosen't?
Sex....Sore Back, tongue, neck etc.
Parenting....The pain of seeing your children sick, leave the nest etc.
Employment....The constant drain on emotional and physical resources is painful.
Athletics....broken bones,sprains and strains?
Entertainment....think: "Waterworld".
What else?..and which elements are painful?

But "if done correctly"....I don't know! Just a thought. As I'm rather sleep deprived currently....
Another thought, eating chocolate. If done correctly, no pain to be had. Of course I guess you could choke, get heartburn...there is no right answer I guess!

I've checked some old log books and I don't recall ever getting any injuries. You kids must be doing something differently these days.
