do you try to rectify a situation in which there is tension between employees and management, or do you just kinda let it "work it self out"..?
there's been some interesting changes at work and the employees are in a bit of an uproar.
needless to say, i can see the logic in both sides, and on both sides people that don't really have a place to be complaining about things are...
would you fix it if you could? hmm...

tell me more about the situation
If it's a personality thing, I've found that time is needed to help resolve things.
If it's a specific incident, direct intervention is likely warranted.
Just reread your post... if the employees don't like the changes it is their responsibility (individually) to talk with management. They can mitch and boan all they want but unless they rationally discuss it with those who have the power to react and change (back?), nothings going to happen. They should be prepared to say how the change effected the work enviroment, sales, customer service, morale, etc. (without being so formal of course). Management may not change back but it may give them insight to help make transition easier.
