at the moment, I am only able to check my school email account on tuesdays and wednesdays. my computer in the other building is not set up for my email account. I come in here on tues. delete all the junk and respond to anything that needs attended to. THEN for these 2 days that I'm here, I get nothing, nada, zip. But next tuesday, the inbox will be full again!

So is it the SPAM you're referring to that's filling your inbox? My computer at work is the same way. I must get over a dozen junk emails a day. Dating, Viagra and Porn-all the things I have no need for. Drives me crazy.
I installed XP and the built in filtering system works very well. Now I just go to the dedicated junk folder every couple of days and delete it all.

it's both. no one emails me for important stuff until I'm out of here. spam comes in the middle of the night, for the most part.

Switch your timezone setting and then it'll come in the middle of the day
