TAPER.....
That means my long ride is only 4 hours and my long run is only 2....
Happy me!
I will probably end up cleaning my office. 6 months of stuff I put aside in the I'll get to it later pile.

Tonight: Dinner w/hubby and to bed early.
Saturday: 17mile run at 6:00am. Work 10:00am. This weekend it's the "Head of the Charles". Big rowing event - always so beautiful. Usually we're slow at work so I'm hoping to go home early.
Saturday Night: Watch the Sox kick some red bird butt!
Sunday: Swim, clean, grocery shop. Sunday night watch more bird feathers fly.

Tonight we have our annual Moon Lite Bowling party for our members at the gym. We bring food and give away lots of free stuff. Everybody gets something. We have some drinks and have a lot of fun. It's a blast.
Tomorrow, long run hopefully and spend some time in the weight room.

Saturday:
Basketball games with Nole's 1 & 2.
Clean house
Run at gym
Watch the Red Sox win
Sunday:
Run at gym

Shop for winter clothing for us all. Temperatures dropped on Thursday during conferences. I walked outside in 50 degree weather.
RELAX A BIT!
I've had a long, tiring week. I had to do report cards...all hand written and prep for conferences (writing out conference forms). I was up late and out of the house early every single day. Not to mention, that I was still dealing with my vertigo and had ringing in my ears. I never did make it in to the doctor. When was there time?? Anyway, I skipped several days of running and feel awful about it. I never take off more than 1-2 days a week. I had to take off several. I hope I can get back on track.
Unfortunately, things in my life are only going to get busier for the next few months.
