Veggie burger with salsa and white cheddar, carrots, and radishes.
I am trying to save room for the redux of wasabi crusted tuna for dinner tonite. The dog will not get one tiny bite. I may put her in another room so she cannot smell it.

I love reading Kristin's food reports. Even though I can't pronounce half of them and have no idea what many of them actually are...... they gotta taste good because they sound so impressive.

Is that like a flour tortilla Did you put some "peppery ketsup" on it, too?
I had to work through lunch today

Well....the wasabi is a Japanese horseradish. It's pretty good for clearing the sinuses if you have allergies. It comes in a powder that you mix or else already pre-mixed. I think that they are doing this one with the powder and some really fine breadcrumbs. It's really a good, hearty dish for a JApanese treatment. The haijikii salad with which they top it is just a type of seaweed; it's kind of got a crunchy outside, gel-like inside texture, with a briney flavor...(and now we know why I am the menu editor and not the menu writer).
I do love food, however. Eating it or talking about it or playing with it.
