The Surrey area particularly the Whalley district...lots of druggies and bad hats lurk there...plenty of gangfights and murder rate is high...fortunately I'm living a good distance from there
Also the Vancouver downtown Eastside...prostitutes and drug addicts are common there and that area is a hotspot for the homeless... it's quite an eyesore...
