Posted: 03/29/06 - 15:45 Post subject: what kind of computer help
Point me where to go please....I'm so frustrated when it comes to computer problems. That was the one good thing about working....have a computer problem, call in the computer dude!!!
I've done something and I don't know what. A few weeks ago I bought some music downloads from buy.com, downloaded them, no problem. Now, I buy them and they won't download. Thought it was something on their end, they refunded me and I started over and the same thing happens. I bought one song from another place to see if it was my computer and the same thing happened, it won't download when the window pops up and says "try again later".
Who the heck do I get to help me figure out what's wrong???? Do I call Dell? Microsoft?????? Who else?
Help me!! I need some new songs for my mp3 (that barely works since it was in my diaper bag which I recently ran over )
Thanks!

Bad link. http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/ is probably what you ment Jen.
I also recommend the Microsoft Defender.
I could try to be available tomorrow evening to help. Are you running Windows XP?

Yes, I have XP.
I called Dell and they weren't any help. Said I had to talk to the fee based people and I gave up.
I'd love some help later!!!!!!
