I've heard someone say pollack, but what is that? Is it a fish? Fresh water, salt water, what?

OK, so it's an ugly animal. I can eat that without guilt.

(For some background, I am a failed vegetarian who is currently trying to eat only unattractive animal protein, which in my books is fish!)

And eggs. There's nothing cute about eggs.

And dairy. I may as well die if I can't have cheese.
