one bridal magazine
one fitness magazine
one prescription med
one quart of probiotic milk. plain flavor. im still having side effects of the antibiotics which have continued to multiply this week, so since i cant do yogurt, how about the milk?  if it doesnt tast so good, i can add chocolate syurp, right?

Even hough i know it's to help promote bacteria growth in the intestinal tract. i still wanna  reading it.

milk, they call this crap milk?
the carton says shake well, so im shaking and i can tell theres not much movement within the container, so i open it. oh, the horror, its like freeeking glue its so thick. i sniff it, it smells like sour milk, its thick and sticky and plain gross.
id rather force feed myself yogurt.
