I haven't learned a whole lot this week - think my brain was in non-absorption mode.
I did learn that a whole lot of folks at the gym have a lot of respect for the intensity and effort I put into my workouts. I found out I'm nicknamed "The Machine" by some of the wimmns that are there.

I have learned that blowing bubbles and playing with the kids is awesome
Running while I am very angry does not make my run good at all.
That I can go an okay mood to extremely mad very quickly

I learnt...
-that biochem is the hardest course i will have this year..
- I have a lab report due next week and another midterm coming up
- my mom and 2 of my younger siblings are headed back to Singapore for a month the end of next week
- that I have lots to work on in swimming
