I just hit it and let's see if it worked.

Just hit Preview before you hit Submit and you'll pick up a lot of errors. I know this from practice.

Eleanor Roosevelt said "No one can make you feel inferior without your permission." For the most part that's true, but it doesn't help any when you imagine that there is a line of peope at the pool's edge like this --->

Good for you for going anyway!!

Thanks for the quote MW!!!
This was so me and what was going on in my head this past week and as a child... Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked . I missed out on so much because of it and happened to be a good athlete. Confidence is key!

This tri training is going to be good for me! [/b]

A good way to overcome that Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked is to turn around and give them a nice shiny (that's what I'd do anyway Twisted Evil )

- Gregor Mendel, a university dropout and a lowly priest became one of 20th century's most outstanding scientists and consequently founded the field of genetics

I've learned this week:

- that I can get a helluva lot done when all 3 kids are gone.
- that the house is scary-quiet when all 3 kids are gone, so I need background noise in the form of msnbc.
- my fear of rides at amusement parks isn't altogether unfounded: disney ride accident killed 10 people today. So sad, so scary.
- I got an A in my PE course, but that's a big fat duh.
- Preschool ROCKS and the teachers there are so sweet.
- Libby thinks 11 isn't too young to wear makeup, and justifies the wearing of it by saying "but I tried to wash it off," -- um, you're missin' the point, toots...
- our best friends are leaving for vegas on the 19th.
- the name of the neighbor next to our next-door-neighbor. Met her while she was trying to avoid dogs, she was "breaking" into our deck. Nice lady. Walked her partly home to make sure the dogs were gone.
- Shannon is ok. Glad to hear this.
