I have been on the phone for 25 minutes now trying to get to the CSR I spoke to last week. The company is worldwide and huge, too huge to be of much use. I know the guy's first name and which office he was in; you'd think that would be enough. I had all the info on my computer, but I got a brand new computer last week and all that stuff got lost.

OK, maybe you don't know of the college I work for. Maybe you're not in the realm of elite women's colleges. Fine. But did I really just have to tell someone that Princeton (the office of the guy I'm looking for) was in New Jersey?
