what I am doing: ranking songs on my launchcast
what I should be doing: what amounts to basically reconciling some millionaires checkbooks. My theory (because I don't want to work): if you can't keep track of your own money, maybe I should keep it...

I think you should pull a Shawshank Redemption. Digging out of work with a fork would be a nice way to pass the time, too.

That may fill 3 hours, yes...could get a little scary each time I break through to a new floor though...

I'm editing and trying to translate my boss' chicken scratchings into a readable review of a paper for NIH on genomic instability.
Alternately, I am emailing a couple buddies and looking at Morpheus' pics from his recent trip to Calgary and trying to decide whether to go there or to Ireland in October. Different reasons for each trip are really making me nuts.

Avoiding sorting through a basket of ink stained clothes in an attempt to figure out what is salvageable. Also cleaning up this house. I'm sick of it!

I'm done work for today (duh! it's like 11:04 pm Pacific Time right now) but I was tabulating the results from all 10 trials of the aphid bioassays treated with environmentally friendly rosemary oil (9 different brands) I did over the past month in the morning (the aphid killing sprees ) and my, did they show some consistencies! In the afternoon: helped my prof's postdoc student sort out some moth pupae for the moth colony and unfortunately I accidentally squished a few of them
