It's fall, baby! Is it vacation? A get together/outing? A race? What things are you looking forward to?

This time of year is always nice. The leaves are turning colour, apples and pumpkins, nice time of the year for long walks, etc...
Me and the kids are all stoked about Halloween. After Halloween we're in a bit of a hiatus from excitement and then the talk turns to snow, toboganning, skating and Christmas.
I look forward to sitting out on a patio in the seasons final warm days and enjoying a pint of something good.

I have an incredible amount of things to look forward to.
I'm quiting my job by the end of the year
I'm going to get in as much skiing as I can before the end of the year
I have a birthday coming up at the end of the year
I'm joining the military in the new year
I'll get my butt kicked in Basic
What else could a girl ask for?
Look out 2005 here I come!

I love this time of year. . .fall, the holidays, spending time with family, snuggling in cold weather, making soup, fires in the fireplace. All that good stuff. Specifically, though, my brother and his family are coming to visit in a couple of weeks and I can't wait to spoil my nephews on my own turf.
