It's summertime, summertime, sum-sum-summertime. Is it vacation? A get together/outing? A race? What things are you looking forward to?

The son back in Pueblo.
Makes nekkid beer time more distinguished.
One race planned between now and the Chicago Marathon. Vacation next year (though going to Colorado with the kid would count, I reckon) - New England in the fall is in the lead for that one. Still looking for our first moose - with a bicycle optional.

Looking forward to making it back up to Indy this summer, but that is contingent on me getting a new SUV, and the prudent thing to do would be to wait until the 05s come out so we can get a good deal on an 04. We'll just have to see what happens.

Absolutely nothing, really. When I'm at work, I look forward to going home. When at home, I look forward to going back to sleep. Not the sort of person that I used to be, for sure.

I shall answer my own question! I have a great summer planned. I'm looking forward to:
- 2 more road races and an oly tri and then closing the season
- meeting up again with RLAG (twice!), Sahara, Pebbles, BamBam, Gogirlgo, TriBob for fun
- celebrating RLAG's birthday loudly and wildly
- celebrating Go's birthday loudly and wildly
- meeting Dancer, Happy2tri, and Pokychick
- vacationing the next NINE WEEKENDS: 4 long weekends, 2 over 10 days at the beach, then NYC, BABY!, back to the beach, then DE
- having only 4 more classes and student teaching come 8/6
- seeing all the pain, and all of the glory, of IMLP and still signing up for next year
- the start of Marathon Training Season

I look forward to when this 5 week summer term class I took on as a last minute decision is over.
I really look forward to getting an accpetance letter to a local RN school and turning around and giving my notice here.
I look forward to starting my weekend group long runs again, I actually miss them and all their humid 4 am glory.
I am looking forward to moving in with my good friend GBB and our combined 3 cat household in about 6 weeks. (I'm really looking forward to the cut in rent more than the multiple litter boxes)
I'm really really looking forward to my dad being home in the states again (I miss him bad)
I am looking forward to this weekend when my newest niece gets to meet her favorite aunt
I'm also looking forward to seeing Ron Bergandy (hopefully) this weekend.

for summertime...
More than just looking forward to getting together with friends next Friday.
Looking forward to seeing John Wesley Harding again this weekend. Oh my, ME seeing a live show sans children?! wooohoo
Looking forward to having date-nights. Hopefully many.
Looking forward to many more days at the pool with the kids. They are so much fun.
Looking forward to proving yet again that I still can do fancy-schmancy dives from the diving board when few adults are present. May even do a 1.5 with a full twist. Maybe. I love wowing the kids that this old fart stil has it.
Looking forward to finding a more peaceful balance between home and work, wants and needs, frustration and indifference, training and rest.
Looking forward to 90F days.
