I don't know if it's inexperience or lack of intensity or that's just the way it is on back day, but I can't ever get a good pump/burn going.

Chest, arms and legs are no problem. Very easy to really get a good pump going. I'm worried that my back will start lagging behind my legs and chest.

Does anybody have any advice on how to set up a good back routine? I've got access to free weights and a number of different machines.

I've never really gotten a burn either when working lats or my lower back. They don't really seem to be lagging behind any other muscle groups, though, so I'm not really concerned yet.
