I have had a steady increase in my weight for the past 2 months. about .5-1 pound a week.
I have not added more diet, if anything I have been more conscious of what I eat.
My bf is staying roughly the same 5-8% and I have not added any weight training. My mileage is the same with about the same intensity (albeit all feel like I have slowed down carrying about 8 extra pounds.)

has me stumped

Any change in other daily activity? How does your weight compare to 6 or 12 months ago?

Maybe its just that good Polish cooking.

How are you checking your body fat % ?

The difference between 5% and 8% at 165 lbs. is 5 lbs.

tanita body fat scale-my bf flucuates though between them even at the weight (172), so I think it has a lot to do with hydration
