weider crossbow
Have a chance to get one for free - looks to be a knockoff on the bow flex machine
Worth the effort to bring it home?

Do you already own freeweights? If yes, I'd skip the crossbow, if no, bring it on home.

If you have the space and know you are going to use it, sure. The mrs had to have a universal years ago, used from a friend. I still have pieces of it in the basement.

Nope. I'd buy a medicine ball, a Swiss ball, some tubing and a 6-inch step. Add some free weights, and you have all you'll ever need. Then go out and read some Mike Boyle or Juan Carlos Santana. BTW, I've just given you the secret to incredible athleticism.
