Mine started early. I took the day off today. Tracy isn't feeling well, so I am helping out with Michael and letting her sleep.
Tomorrow we are heading to Madison to have dinner with my family.
Sunday, we are knocking down our cistern (however you spell it). Solid concrete. Power jackhammer. This could get ugly...

My undiein gratitude will have to serve as a commission. That would totally rock my face off though. If it's on TV or radio, see if you can get someone to tape it for me. Save me a copy of the paper if you get some ink.
Me?
Friday :: ride home and run but not necessarily in that order. Chill, cook and play taxi to my carless kids.
Saturday :: Quick ride and run. Cook, chill and play taxi. Go to the race expo.
Sunday :: My first duathlon EVAH! (I'm going to burn for skipping church on Palm Sunday though. ) Probably just a little afternoon ride/run combo if I feel up to it and then mo' chillin' with the family.

Rando! Good luck with that systern!! We have one as well at our house and that sucker is THICK (foot and half).
Here's my weekend:
Friday night chill session with the wife.
Saturday: Huge birthday party for my step-mom (60th!). Then, we're still debating whether to attend the 2nd annual 'CLOWN ATTACK'! Who remembers this one? Last year we had 55 people participate. Basically, everyone dresses up as clowns. We rent a couple buses for the night and attack every single bar in town!!!
If we opt not to go, Second City will be in the area so we may go check out that...
Sunday: Relax. Go for a run. Clean up the house...

Saturday: rest day, and I plan to rest intensively. Hubby is working so I have the house to myself. Brother invited me to go paintballing with his company (I love paintball ) but after much deliberation I decided it's not all that appropriate for a happily married lady to be crawling around in the bush for three hours wtih thirty lonely guys. So sadly, I declined.
Sunday: 10k torture route, followed by my Sunday ritual of making cheese pudding (Keltic probably knows what this is) and hand grazing horses on the lawn.

Friday: scrimmage for daughter, then go to laundrymat to dry clothes (if repairman can't squeeze me in today), if no laundrymat then go to Sam's to stock up on stuff, and between all that get medicine down my son's throat for his ear infection (he HATES taking medicine, tends to throw it up)
Saturday: 2 soccer games at 9:15, Pampered Chef Party at SIL at 11:00 (my first evah), cart daughter to BD party at 1:00; Easter egg hunt for other two at 2:00
Sunday: travel soccer game, church (?), grocery shopping for week and then cook a couple of meals for the week

Sahara, if you spend any time in the kitchen at all you will Pampered Chef. The ice cream scoop is the best, and I've always wanted the stoneware pizza baking thing, but I couldn't afford it.
Oh, and since the last four posts are by the all-wimmins winnahs:

Don't do it! You'll just jinx yourself for more cold weather.

I'm going to a running clinic that includes the following:
This year we will be featuring speakers such as Bob Anderson, Chris Lear, Sheila Loar, and Jeff Galloway as well as a keynote panel discussion which will feature Adam Goucher, Lisa Rainsberger, Scott Larson, and others.
Does anyone have any questions they would like me to forward to Jeff Galloway?
