So far...I've got nothin' & the kids.
Gym tonight...pizza.
Then two runs this weekend all on the TM.
What a date that is...5 miles one day...
9 miles the next...

I'm hitting the road this afternoon for Blacksburg, VA (with a layover in Charlotte, NC) for Saturday afternoon's showdown between # 4 Virginia Tech and # 15 Georgia Tech. Hopefully, I will come back alive with a win!

Me and the kid got our stuff packed and we will hit the road right after work for one of our favorite reservoirs/campgrounds for the weekend. We'll be burning wood, doing burgs, fishing and all that other great outdoors stuff. This work day can't end fast enough.

My big race weekend. Unfortunately it looks like I won't run the race I trained all summer for.  I came up injured about 10 days ago and while it has improved some I'm pretty sure I can't go 13.1 without further setting myself back. Trying not to think about it but I'm sure Sunday at race time it will be difficult.  I will still go as I'm meeting up with other Riff Raffers there and will cheer them on and have a good time I hope! Tomorrow morning I hope to go to the bike shop and ride my new bike!  Have a great one all!

Tonight: Grocery shop, maybe watch a movie
Sat: Run some errands, Help Ang's friend put up some ceiling fans. Watch ECU get creamed by WVU.
Sun: Go for a nice long run somewhere. Maybe even take out the mtn bike.

Today: Run 4 or 6 miles after work. Pick up dog prescription. Relax and drink wine.
Saturday: Get oil changed. Maybe mow lawn. Clean house. Go to bed early.
Sunday: Get up at 3am to drive to Columbus to race 20 miles. Meet up with a couple of friends afterwards. Drive home and recover from race.

Got mother (who's an emotional mess) and MIL (who is not) coming in for a visit. I am VERY VERY bummed because genie was supposed to come too, but due to extenuating family illness circumstances had to cancel.
However, seeing as my idiot employee who left all of her work undone and LIED to me as to what she was doing is going to be stuck in France even longer getting her stupid visa renewed (she and her husband really are dumber than a collective box of hair) and the stupid hurricane which made me lose three days of work (one packing up everything, one for the storm, and one getting everything back together), I'll be working all weekend anyway, except for a brief stint sailing and getting very drunk on Sunday. So, it would have been a waste if genie came down anyway. Hopefully, she can reschedule soon and come see us when it's a little cooler.
