Made an offer (Tuesday night) on the maybe one day WRT Estate - now I'm waiting for the two nice older gentlemen and their crazy sister to get back to me.
Grrrrrrrrrr this is kiling me.

Story is mom assumed room temperature last Dec and they're splitting up her stuff!

What are those called? Conditions of Sale? Make sure Aunt Removal is one of them.
BIL had a buyer of his house put on the condition that they wanted all mice removed from the crawlspace before they took possession. Because the wife was SURE she saw mouse poop down there on the walk-through.

Didn't you put a specific time for them to respond to your offer? That's what my ex and I always did.

This is a 'casual' deal at this point - it's between two private parties - so once we agree on price it goes to the lawyers.
Besides with these two gentlemen I think pushing would queer the deal.
