Been doing a lot of reading and found a lot of research on recovering better. I have found that anti-oxidants do help when I eat more veggies/fruits.

I found that oral supplementation of anti-oxidants is a hot topic and some agree and some don't. I found this study that says it does.

Any thoughts? Any thoughts on Oxi-7? www.oxiseven.com

I would like to post whatever feedback I get on my blog. I want the opinion of real runners.

Hi there,

we make custom runners supplements at www.runtecpro.com. The anti-oxidants that it contain aim to reduce the acidity of the blood so that cancer and other nasty stuff doesn't gather.

Our clients love them, they give more energy to your workout and helps with sleeping. It was developed by runners for runners, so you can't get better feedback than that!
