Hey any san diego runners looking for a race? I ran in the coastwise mile last year (coastwisemile.com) in october and I just found out that they are having another race this year. It was a lot of fun especially since it was a family event. I highly encourage san diego runners to check it out! I hope to see you there!

I will be there with my entire family (dog included) this is just such a great event for the family. If you are a serious runner there are also very competitive events you can enter in. And if you want to have fun, there is plenty of that too!

Its pretty simple and self explanatory - all you have to do is visit active.com and look up the Coastwise Mile - then just follow the simple steps to register.
or
You can just go to the coastwisemile.com and register there via active.
