This link will give you a little idea of what Elkid and I ran on last Sunday.

Just remember when we ran it had snow and ice on it so where ever you see green just replace with white.

With snow and ice I'm sure I'd have taken a tumble.

Obviously not a course in Florida. It looks like a fun course to run on a dry day. I don't even attempt running when there is snow or ice on the ground. I'm clumsy and would undoubtedly manage to fall and injure something along the way.
Congrats to both of you.

Dude, that looks like a completely different hill, and flatter in the pix. Though all SIXTY-SEVEN of those steps seemed like the easiest part of the course.

Whoa! That looks like a tough one for sure! My knees hurt just looking at the pictures.
What? No pictures of you running without your shirt? I thought you were tougher than that!

I don't think it looks that difficult, and I'm a flatlander. I'm sure you can't pr on something like that, but it seems pretty manageable. Granted snow and ice wouldn't be pleasant... but dry?

I thought about having someone take our picture after the race and I would take off my shirt for that but I just never did. It was a little to cold to go shirtless.
