Just curious about what kind of experiences runners have had with this program...This is the program I will be following for the next 24 weeks. It's going to be different doing a 24 week program as I am used to 12 week programs, but at the same time I am glad because it will allow me more time to get in better shape and will also allow me to do more races. It's also going to be different doing interval days followed by tempo days (every other week).

blueskies--------this book is my staple. I use his programs for marathons and I love having your workouts right there...yet you have flexibility in when you run what. If you have a good base the 24 weeks is much....mentality hard anyway. I've jumped into the program with as little as 11 weeks to go. However, my PR came with the 24 weeks with no adjustments to his program and ran within a minute of what Daniels' said I would.
Good choice
