 Posted: 08/01/06 - 06:50 Post subject: uuugh........... i'm overtrained......and
over tired, so i took off last night. i veered off the trainng program last wek trying to "leg up" a bit and actually ran. so my rest day on Wedsnday was replaced with a 4 mile run, my plyo's on Thursday had an extra 10 miles on the bike and 4 miles running. I slept in on Friday by mistake and had to practically race into the office on the bike, should have been an easy day.
yesterday it all caught up with me......man it was a hard sleep and early too  i missed a skate.
