only 6 more days until i leave for florida...i can't wait to try running on the sandy beaches in florida....(for the midwesterners the ocean is a big deal so coastal ppl back off  )

Even after living in Florida, and still being within 6 hours of the ocean, I think the ocean is a huge deal. I love it. I hope you have a great trip!!

Running on the beach sounds sooo fun. But there's all that icky, gritty SAND! How do beach runners deal with that?
