put a large plastic garbage bag in a 1 gal zip lock bag

the large bag = rain poncho
zip lock = rain hat

I wunner if anyone here could use this info?

I was gonna suggest to put some snacks in the ziplock too, but then you'd have to remember to take them out before putting it on your head.
