Solid 9 mile tempo run at 6:01 average pace.
I squeezed under 6 flat pace for the first time on the 4.1 mile trial section of this run, which I'm very happy about. It is amazing how quickly one can get in shape when really seriously training. Oh, also did a 5 miler a few hours earlier, so I'm at 14 for the day.

Ladies and germs, it is with great pleasure I bring you this report LIVE from our home. Yes, we finally have the home internet up and running.
[scroll:6e6444468e] [/scroll:6e6444468e]
8.495 miles in 1:07:22.53. The only drawback was that the installation occured earlier tonight, so I was not able to do anything other than run.
But tonight, I don't mind.

I did nothing . I've been so buisy with the first 3 days of school I haven't been able to do very much at all. Well, I did swim laps today for about 5 minutes...I guess I could count that...
