5 miles on the TM in 50:00, and
3.75 on the bike in 15:00.
Went to the lake tonight, twice around walking 4.4 miles of steep rolling hills.

Back to some decent training after an injury this spring. 7 miles in 57:04. As boring as it was, pool running did help to keep the fitness level up but I'm so happy to be back on the roads again.

4 mile tempo run and a 1 mile cool down tonight under cloudy skies with a nice calm wind. My right knee, which was aching so much after Sunday's 20 miler is fine and didn't hurt a bit tonight.
