Wheezed and farted my way to 4 miles in 31:01. Brisk morning air the last two mornings has set off my asthma.

Beautiful morning here in the BR. Even though I was somewhat late out the door, it was 68 degrees and partly cloudy.

7 miles in a pretty quick pace - pressed snooze too many times. Would have bagged the run except that I had new shoes and a new music on the mp3 player so that got me out the door.

5.23 miles in 52.55. Not bad but my legs felt very leaden. I did eat something about one hour before my run, but I think I've skimped on carbs at lunch for these after-work runs.
Or I just have pre-race jitters.
