4 miles in 43:03, chest, triceps, shoulders, legs. Had a good workout and feel back in the groove after a crappy week of workouts last week. I've been eating and drinking like crap lately and I think that's been bringing me down. So back on my health kick since yesterday and I already feel better!!!! Cool
