Sometimes I go over the hour mark a little. Wink

I used to run with another guy at lunch and he didn't shower either and I can't ever recall that he smelled funky later in the day. So it's not just me not being able to smell myself. Razz

I'd love to run at lunch if I could. There are some great trails down on the Lakefront. But, as most normal people (not PH), if I cannot jump in a shower, there is no way I will be tolerable to others, let alone myself.

Regarding the treadmill, I have a TV set up in front of ours. Sometimes when I know I am going to do a longer run, I will hook up the VCR and pop in a movie. I also have a cd boombox that I use while I run.
