today we took Yun our new Au Pair to a Korean supermarket near our house.
Inside the store were Japanese, Chinese, Blacks, Hispanics, Indians, Muslims, Koreans and Whites. All making purchases from Korean Immigrants who opened up a store.
I love the USA.
Yun did to, she was awestruck at how many cultures were in the store and the selection of food (half of which I had never heard of). She is so glad to have some of her "own" food. She is even cooking tonight.

Cool. Glad she found some familiar stuff at the store. Let us know how the meal is.

tonights dish was Korean noodles, with anchovies, spinach, squash. Very good.
For a side dish was dried seaweed. Very tasty.
Even JJ like all of it.
