Right now I am sitting on the edge of my seat, I am waiting for an offical offer of employment to come through so I can go and resign from my current employer. I am scheduled to fly out tomorrow for a 2 week stint working south of the border and need to get this done today, but it feels like it is taking forever!

The hard part will be keeping my mouth shut and not burning bridges. (I won't but I would love too!) After the review I had this year, I came back and started to look locally, not just in Texas. I interviewed on Thursday and got a verbal offer on Friday. I believe we have negotiated a fair deal to both sides, now I am just need the paperwork. I am both nervous and excited. This will be a good move for me. It will require me to step up a little bit and learn some things I don't do now.

Wish me luck!
