so my brother and i did a 3 mile run today (first time i ran in a year) and half way through it, my toes started to tingle. and it lasted the entire run. what's up with that?

Yep, every once in a while, it happens to me, too... and I've been running for 27 years.
If it was your first run in a long time, maybe it's just everything gettin' fired up again! Blood hasn't flowed that fast through your end-of-extremities capillaries in a long time!
