And if it doesn't? Should we revert back to the way things used to be?

Their conversion to a free society will be a rocky road. Just like Iraq. But it doesn't mean we should be dissuaded from our efforts to help them establish a free country of their own.

A great photo op, to be sure, but what they don't show you is when someone snitches her out.

I hope she gets to use it.

I just saw Fahrenheit 9/11 last night....so my head is spinning in regards to how much we are really "helping" in Iraq. Yes, I know that this movie is yet another media enhance opinion....but man does it ever make you stop and think Neutral

Just to give yourself equal airtime, you should listen to Rush Limbaugh today for the same length of time. Wink

We have liberated a country the size of Texas from a brutal dictator that used chemical weapons to kill millions of his own people. And if it matter to our own national security, said dictator defied the will of the free world for 10+ years.

I'd say we helped them really well.

P.S. Here is a very good read on the "documetary"
Unfairenheit 9/11: The lies of Michael Moore

Quote:
Fahrenheit 9/11 is a sinister exercise in moral frivolity, crudely disguised as an exercise in seriousness. It is also a spectacle of abject political cowardice masking itself as a demonstration of "dissenting" bravery.
