10 miles: 1:37
Not a bad long run. I didn't feel my legs for most of it. Need to get Body Glide for under my right arm. Nothing like rubbing your skin raw.

Last serious run before Quad Cities. 3.02 miles with splits - Deb, you will like these - 9:40, 9:23, and 9:00.

Newest furthest! 22M in a smokin' 4:16:33, 11:40mm. Had the pace at 11:30 despite 82 sunny degrees, but weird foot problem: must've had my laces too tight on Sunday and no matter what I did for the last 8M I could not stop the pain where the tied laces met the tongue. Couldn't even bend my foot the last 4 it hurt so bad.
Despite the pain, I felt good overall. In fact, amazingly good. Definitely made me confident for the 'thon in 8 weeks.

1 mile, and what a crappy mile it was
I left the apartment building and ran into my "Friend" who lives two doors down. We chatted for a while and a while turned into 20 minutes. So, despite my constant stretching, my legs were getting tight. When i finally got to run i decided to cut my 2 miles to 1, and this was a good idea. I felt crappy, my legs felt really tight and when i got done, i started feeling sick. Yesterday sucked. The only positive was that i made it home in time to watch Smackdown (barely)

23 minutes....enough to get the legs moving and adjust to running half-naked in cool temps. 54 degrees in shorts, shirt, hat and gloves......it suppose to be low 40s, windy, rainy at my start on Sunday
