5k = 26.44 (now why would I even post a time like that...)
I'm back home in Colorado Springs after having been away for 5-weeks. I had just moved here and haven't yet gotton aclimated to the 6000ft+ altitude
Peterson AFB is doing a "Sports Day," so I got up early and ran the 5-k, had a crowd to pace with, so that helped.
I hope to post better time in the future....

Had to get immediately to painting at home, so went straight to the gym and ran on the tread. 5.111 miles, 45:01.31 (8:48.53).
