The boom of that crane is punched through about 20' above the bridge bottom! Misestimated my butt, he didn't even hesitate to estimate. Full speed ahead Cap'n.

I bet they just patched the "hole" and used KDOT engineers. Sounds like a decent price for that. No way they could have rehabbed that section of the deck for $134,000.

It sounded rather low. When FEMA estimates ANY natural disaster they search what the last disaster cost and add some.
They almost sound like Dr Evil quoting his "price" for not destroying the world.

No, it's just that expensive and it gets higher everyday. We added 3 buildings onto a University here $25 million. This price did not include the architect or the construction company fees. Time and materials only.
